How can DKR work for you?

First we get to know your needs, expectations and conditions - then things start to flow.

We are teachable, curious and know our stuff, but a collaboration starts with us learning from you. We listen, note and see your needs and your conditions.

Digital work is in and of itself our thing, but we like to start the relationship by meeting. From the first meeting, we guide you into our world of simplified administration, tools and contact routes that allow you to always access your finance, HR and payroll data on your terms. Not least on mobile.

Analysis

We start with a meeting where we go over the needs and goals you and your business have. We can of course take the meeting via connection as we work location-independent, and then you can also save some carbon dioxide particles. But a physical meeting is always nice. Based on the analysis, we can make suggestions for customized packages. Together we adjust this before moving on to the next phase.

Start-up

As soon as the agreement is signed, which of course happens digitally with a mobile bank ID, our coordinator takes over. The coordinator makes sure that everything we need is collected. We will contact any previous consultant or agency, everything to make it go as smoothly as possible. If the need exists, we also contact all your suppliers and update them on changes such as a new billing address.

Training

In connection with our sharp start, we go through routines that we set together. We are also going through the digital platform that will simplify our communication and follow-up. Most things can actually be handled directly from your phone. As convenient as possible! Everything is moving along smoothly according to the plan we agreed upon together.

Support

No questions are stupid questions. We only get happy if you ask one too many times. It is always safer to provide support and advice before taking action than after. It is also usually much cheaper to set up a plan together before than after. We are here for you!
