In order to be able to offer you our services (such as Salary, Finance and HR and our customer portal), we need to process your personal data as below. We do this with the greatest possible consideration for your privacy.

What information do we collect?

The personal data we process are those that you yourself choose to provide to us. You may directly or indirectly provide us with information about yourself in a number of different ways, such as when you contact us, when you use our customer portal to, for example, register a case with us or any other of DKR's services where you leave personal data. We will use this information to best handle and respond to your request. When registering via contact form or case management, the IP number from which you contact us is also saved. The information about the IP number is only used for our identification of the sender in the event that it is necessary. 

Examples of personal data processed may be:

– name, date of birth, social security number, billing address, email address, mobile number, etc.

Payment Information

– invoice information, payment information, bank account number, etc. 

Financial information

– Any credit, debt or negative payment history.

Device information

- e.g. IP addresses, language settings, browser settings, time zone, operating system, platform and screen resolution.

What do we do with the information?

The information you give us, the information we collect about you and the financial information is necessary to enter into a contractual relationship with us. The information may also be necessary to provide, perform and improve our services. 

Who may we share your information with?

The personal data may be disclosed to our partners in the manner and to the extent required to be able to fulfill and perform our contractual obligations towards you. We take all reasonable, legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your information is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection when transferred to or shared with such selected third parties. We may provide necessary information to relevant authorities if we are required to do so by law. 

We save your information only for as long as is necessary to perform our contractual obligations to you and for as long as required by statutory retention periods.

Cookies

We use cookies in connection with your use of the website. A cookie is a small text file that is saved on the website visitor's computer. A cookie can be either a session cookie or a cookie that is stored for a longer period of time. A session cookie disappears when the browser is closed, while a storage cookie is saved. It is saved so that the website visitor can use dkr.se/dkfast.se as we have intended. It can e.g. about language choices or other preferences being saved to make it easier for the website visitor on the next visit.

We use cookies to make the use of the website easier, and to be able to adapt the use to the user. However, the information collected through cookies does not contain personal information but is used to determine visitor patterns regarding the use of our web services. When it comes to behavior on dkr.se/dkfast.se, IP addresses are not saved in our databases either. As a website visitor, the information about you can therefore never be connected with your identity.

We also have cookies to calculate and report user numbers and traffic. We also use so-called third-party cookies from other companies to conduct market research and traffic measurements.

Via your browser, you can both delete cookies and turn off the possibility for us to store cookies on your computer. If you choose to do this, however, several functions on dkr.se/dkfast.se may stop working correctly. 

Contact form

DKR saves data from contact forms for a time for customer service purposes, but that the collected information will not be used for marketing.
